Our yacht construction portfolio demonstrates over 30 years of excellence in full aluminum mega yacht fabrication from 36 meters to 72 meters. This collection showcases completed projects including twin 72-meter aluminum vessels, sophisticated 55-meter series yachts, and specialized 44-47 meter catamarans delivered to international clients across the Mediterranean and beyond.

Each project represents precision engineering, advanced aluminum welding expertise, and hot works completed delivery standards. Built across our Antalya and Yalova facilities, these yachts demonstrate consistent quality in complex curved geometry fabrication, multi-deck superstructure construction, and classification-approved structural work.

Construction Work Completed

Construction covered complete aluminum hull fabrication from keel to main deck, multi-deck superstructure assembly, and all structural welding to classification society standards. Work included precision plate cutting and forming, complex curved geometry fabrication, frame assembly, shell plating installation, and comprehensive surface fairing ready for coating application.

Aluminum Hull Fabrication

Complete aluminum hull construction using marine-grade 5083/5086 alloys. Longitudinal and transverse frame assembly, shell plating installation with precision fit-up, and structural welding throughout using TIG and MIG techniques. Watertight bulkheads, fuel and water tanks, engine room structure, and all technical spaces built to specification. Hull faired to yacht standards with minimal filler requirement demonstrating fabrication precision.

Superstructure Fabrication

Multi-deck aluminum superstructure fabrication with complex architectural curved geometries. Deck-by-deck construction approach including main deck, upper deck, sun deck, and flybridge structures. Large window and door openings prepared with reinforced frames, custom architectural details fabricated, and all penetrations for systems routing installed. Handrails, platforms, and access structures integrated throughout construction.

Quality Control & Hot Works Delivery

Comprehensive NDT testing including ultrasonic and radiographic inspection of all critical welds. Watertight testing of all compartments and tanks. Surface
fairing to yacht finish standards with preparation for coating systems. Final classification society inspections and approvals obtained. Complete as-built documentation, material certificates, and technical support provided with hot works completed delivery.
