Construction Work Completed

Construction encompassed complete vessel fabrication from hull and deck construction through systems installation, outfitting, and commissioning. Work included steel or aluminum hull building, main propulsion and auxiliary systems integration, electrical and hydraulic installations, wheelhouse equipment fitting, and comprehensive sea trials with classification approval

Hull & Deck Construction

Steel or aluminum hull fabrication with precision plate cutting and frame assembly. Shell plating installation, structural welding to commercial vessel standards, and watertight bulkhead construction. Deck structure installation with equipment foundation reinforcements, wheelhouse mounting points, and deck penetrations for systems. Heavy-duty construction methods ensuring durability in demanding commercial service environments.

Systems Installation & Integration

Main engines, generators, and propulsion systems installed with precision alignment and mounting. Shaft drives, propellers, or waterjet systems integrated based on vessel requirements. Complete electrical distribution systems, navigation equipment, and communication systems installed. Hydraulic systems for deck equipment, steering, and specialized operations. Piping systems for fuel, cooling, bilge, fresh water, and fire fighting integrated throughout vessel.

Outfitting & Commissioning

Wheelhouse equipped with navigation controls, communication systems, and monitoring equipment. Crew accommodations, galley, and sanitary facilities completed to specification. Towing equipment, fendering, deck machinery, and safety equipment installed. Complete systems functional testing, inclining test for stability verification, and sea trials conducted. Classification
society and flag state inspections completed with certificates delivered. Crew training on vessel operations and maintenance provided.
